• Eligibility: After just three months of employment with Platinum Care, all employees will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.
• Matching Contribution: Platinum Care will match 401(k) contributions dollar for dollar, up to 5% of your salary. This means if employees contribute 5% of their paycheck to this 401(k), Platinum Care will also contribute an amount equal to 5% of their salary into the 401(k) account.
