Welcome to Platinum Care+. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at platinumcarehc.com and the private home care services we provide throughout the Greater Boston MetroWest area. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Platinum Care+ is a boutique, private-pay home care agency offering companion care, 24-hour care, dementia care, hospice support, fall prevention, and transportation services. All services are coordinated through our Newton and Weston offices and are subject to a personalized care assessment.
Our services are provided on a private-pay basis. We do not currently bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance. Service rates, schedules, and scope of care will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement signed prior to the start of care.
Clients (or their legally authorized representatives) must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding agreement, or be represented by an individual with legal authority to do so (e.g., power of attorney, healthcare proxy, or guardian).
