Welcome to the Team

Introducing Johnny Carranza, our new Client Services Director

The Platinum Care+ Team · September 2026

We’re proud to welcome Johnny Carranza to Platinum Care+ as our Client Services Director.
A Framingham native and lifelong athlete, Johnny helped his Framingham High soccer team capture a Massachusetts state championship in 1993 before going on to play soccer and volleyball at the University of Massachusetts Amherst….

He built the first chapter of his career leading operations for major international hotel brands, including Marriott and Starwood — where hospitality was a discipline, not a slogan. He then followed a lifelong passion for health and wellness into medicine, training as a Certified Medical Assistant and working alongside physicians across primary care, orthopedics, dermatology, and pain management, before dedicating recent years to home health care — most recently as Client Services Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care. He is also a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

At Platinum Care+, Johnny is the person families can count on — their knowledgeable, responsive point of contact from the first conversation onward — and the standard-bearer who ensures every caregiver on our team delivers the level of care our name promises.
